something inside the lense clicked and seemed to be broken off then it was rattling inside the lense till that part got stuck somewhere and now the zoom of lense is not extending fully.how much would it cost to fix it

the above lens works correctly but I can see some dirt and 3 spots of fungus on some of the elements. please quote to carry out a complete internal lens clean as well as removing the fungusmould.
