my camera and myself were completely soaked by a freak wave it no longer turns on. I have had it all soaking in a bag of rice for a few days now but nothing has happened although on one occasion a red light did come on next to the viewfinder and it flashed a few times. it no longer flashes I am of the conclusion that I have no chance of fixing it so very much hope you might be able to. I get back on sunday 17th but please email any questions and I can look. it may be worth noting that the water was slightly salty. straight after the wave I dried the camera as best possible including battery and memory card. there was water in the viewfinder but this has now gone. please help I love this camera


hello I have nikon d5300 some water come inside


was left outside overnight, think motherboard damp/ water damage


hithe camera wont turn on. we were away on holiday and I took the camera into the water I took a couple of photographs and then the camera turned off. I thought it was the battery but it still wouldnt turn on after I had charged it.this was approximately 2 years ago and so it may not be worth even looking at it but I wondered if I could bring it in to your shop to see if someone could give an estimate to examine it and if possible repair itthanks
