hi! I have a sony alpha x and the 15-50mm kit lena. it`s suffered a knock, and now the camera says it cannot recognise the lens. the camera seems to have full functionality otherwise, but the lens (which presumably„ā‚† isn`t receiving„ā‚† any energy from the camera) is stuck in an extended position which cannot be returned manually to a compact position. there`s no visible damage to the camera or lens housing, or the metal contacts or pins between the camera and lens. i`ve not got another lens to try it with but I would presume the problem is in the lens (not certain though). if you could let me know how much it would be to look at it that would be great! thanks, catherine
