nikon d300. failed to turn-on with no response on top lcd. after leaving on for 30 mins the lcd came on and I was, briefly able to change qual/wb/iso settings and see info on the menu screen. Chrishimy fujifilm bridge camera is not working properly. the screen is blank and you can`t even see through the viewfinder. you can`t take any pics because you can`t see what your taking pics of or view them afterwards. Beckyhi there I have a problem with the lens ring of my lens.i was doing some test shots the focus ring was fine smooth as always then all of a sudden it jammed. its not the manual lock as I checked and toggled it off and on a few times. if I try to to turn it I can but it grinds and feels like im forcing it so have just left it now.can you please advise if you think you can fix it an estimate of how much it would cost how long it would take from the day I bring it in if I were to.many thanksed

Phild800 and above lens dropped from about 1m onto cushioned carpet. lens f mount maybe slightly distorted as I feel slight movement when attached to the camera. both camera and lens need inspection and possible mount replacement.
