hi! I recently came into the possesion of a sony digital8 dcr-trv238e pal handycam. there was a tape already in the system which had some footage on it. at some point while playing the footage the playback stopped working. the screen just stopped running through the tape and when it did no image was displayed. I tried using a brand new tape, and resetting the camera but neither of these worked!i`m sorry I can`t be more specific but it`s very strange!
