i think we have a scratch on the lenses as when we zoom in to take a photo we always seem to get 2 fuzzy marks on the photo as if there are 2 small scratches on the lenses somewhere. we have tried to wipe it plenty of times but no improvements. how much would it cost to replace this lens

hiafter the camera is turned on and the camera is clicked the camera shuts down and the lens does not pull in. when the camera is turned on again the lens pulls in and the camera shuts down again.however no photo is taken during the operation above. it seems that the lens is getting stuck while going in.please let me know if it can be repaired.
