hi, I bought a tamron 75-300mm telephoto lens 2nd hand. i`ve heard that it has happened quite a bit that the connection goes a bit faulty with these lenses maybe just cleaning the contacts helps but seems an issue that the aperture doesn`t change. I change the f stop on the camera but the iris in the lens doesn`t move, taking a photo at a higher aperture results in the error 01 on the canon dslr. just wondering roughly how much a repair of the lens would be. I bought this 2nd hand so have to decide to repair or sell it on.let me know if you would be interesting in buying it too. thanks.
