hi I have an olympus sz 31mr digital camera and I went to a wedding on saturday and all was fine I took the sd card out to import the photos to my laptop and when I tried to put the card and subsequently other cards that I tried back into the camera they wouldnt go in it was as if there was something at the bottom of the slot stopping them from going down into the slot properly. I was wondering if it is the spring mechanism that is used to eject the card not going back down properly do you think this problem is repairable if so would you be able to give me an estimate of the cost I look forward to hearing from you.

i think its damaged lens by what ive googled but when I take a photo it wont produce the image. the internet said to look into the lens and see if the shutter rapidly shuts but my camera doesnt do that.
