hi I dropped my camera. canon 500d eos. it still takes photos fine and zooms in and out, but the lens doesn`t stay fully on the camera (twist and push type), half the side stays on and the other side has broken plastic. wondering if anyone can help?

i have a panasonic dmc-tz70. the camera turns on just fine however when it does, the lens doesn`t come out. I also get the message on screen ``system error (zoom)``, i`ve tried to take this to another camera repair shop. however they claimed that it would cost over 150 to repair, which is around the same price I got the camera in the first place. would you be able to give me a quote for this issue? many thanks, travis ingole.
